We are currently only equipped to ship items within the U.S. (this includes Hawaii and Alaska).
In the unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via e-mail of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges for items that are backordered.

You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department at (847) 494-1088. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a return.
The TowelTender™ comes with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. The TowelTender™ is made of high quality materials and workmanship on state of the art equipment and should last for many years. In the very unlikely event that you experience some kind of a problem or suspected defect with our product, you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it for free (S&H not included).
